Reformation Studio provides interior design services for commercial clients in the wellness and conscious hospitality industries, catering to both local and UL-wide markets. Guided by a profound commitment to sustainability, authenticity, and craftmanship, Reformation Studio, founded by Polly Andrews, embraces a deliberate and organic approach to the design process.

Working hand in hand with local artisans and makers, brings a personal touch to every project. Reformation Studio remains committed to minimizing the environmental and ethical impact of their creations, ensuring that the designs align with their clients’ conscious values. With expertise spanning all aspects and phases of interior design and architecture, Reformation Studio customizes each project, tailoring the design process and presentation technique to meet the needs of each client.

The journey leading up to the establishment of Reformation Studio was a personal one for Polly, who held a lifelong dream of becoming an interior designer. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Interior Design from the University of East Anglia in 2009, Polly faced some challenges with progressing into the industry. But her determination led to more opportunities and generated the evolution from junior to senior designer.

The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic led to a shift in perspective. Polly began exploring the intersection of interior and environmental design with human health and well-being, which, combined with witnessing the ethical impact of excessive waste within the commercial interiors industry, sparked the need for a different approach.

Consequently, Reformation Studio was born, with the aim of highlighting the way in which interior design can be beautiful and immersive while having minimal impact on the environment. Additionally, Reformation Studio is actively promoting human health and wellbeing.

Joining Banks Mill proved to be a game changer for Reformation Studio, providing a new space that bolsters confidence and solidifies Reformation Studio’s presence in the industry. Furthermore, Banks Mill has been instrumental in supporting Reformation Studio in their journey of building a new network of clients and collaborators. “Banks Mill has helped me so much!”- Polly Andrews

Polly’s commitment to continuous learning is also noteworthy. She actively engages in researching new sustainable materials, attending Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions, participating in webinars, all in addition to studying and working towards becoming a WELL Accredited Professional. This dedication ensures that Reformation Studio stays at the forefront of industry trends and consistently deliver innovative and environmentally conscious design solutions.
