Fronteer Gallery of Sheffield is an artist led gallery run by Sheffield based artists Michael Borkowsky and Sharon Borkowsky, they are delighted to present the private view of Fronteer Gallery’s upcoming art exhibitions; ‘Meet the Locals' and 'BLUE'.
'Meet the Locals' is their annual celebration of local artistic talent, and this year sees over 40 artists based in Sheffield or surrounding areas working across a variety of themes, styles and disciplines. This Private View offers a chance to see both exhibitions for the first time, meet some of the artists involved and enjoy a drink or two; all for free.
Banks Mill Affiliate Member Steph Trethowen will be showing her painting “Edge and Stream” in the ‘Meet the Locals” exhibition. Steph said about the opportunity “I’m really thrilled as it’s the first time I applied for anything at Fronteer, it looks to be an exciting contemporary space - I’ll find out!”
So, if you find yourself shopping in Sheffield, why not drop in to Fronteer Gallery and “Meet the Locals” through this exciting exhibition. Please be advised that Fronteer Gallery is up a few flights of stairs and unfortunately has no disabled access.
